The Metalizer is a guitar effects pedal emulating tube distortion and equipped
with a built-in amp modeler. Just like the name says, this pedal will take your
signal and turn it into some of the hardest rock and blistering heavy metal
sounds you can imagine. At the same time, you get great note distinction for
speedy riffs and licks. AMT uses the best of traditional effects processing plus
their own unique methods - and the results are stunning. The forced overdrive
level setup in Metalizer means you sound great even at the minimum distortion
level. You can set it and forget it if you want, but this is no one-trick pony.
