Nice low end. Subtle gain settings.

I use this pedal in my chain and run both my active and passive basses. This is the go-to pedal for you if you are looking for a little gain in our signal and a stomp of a switch. Works lovely in a live setting and with a little tweaking it can really bring out the tube-gain that defines the blues-rock sound.

Great for both Guitar and Bass!

One of the most sought after pedals by Digitech, the bad monkey is the entry level tube screamer that all guitarist should have who long to imitate the sound of the 90's british music. A copy of the expensive TS-808, the monkey delivers the same without burning a whole in your pocket. Putting up a rich creamy sound, the low and high knobs are a characteristic of this pedal. I use it with my bass guitar without losing any low freq. when the low knob is tweaked upto max. Hence a great pedal for bass too! The Battery life is decent but an adapter is suggested.
