I am using it for the last 2 weeks and I love the sound of the different voices in the amp and mostly the fact that I can change the voicing using the Blackstar Architects software. I can use it as an audio interface and can record my guitar sound, that's really great. Really love it.
I'm new to electric guitars and was worried about what amp to take. This 10-watt monster was perhaps the best choice I could have made. It has soooo many options so that a beginner and find their sound and experiment with different genres. From crazy overdrives to clean blues, this amp can do it all. It's small, easy to carry, and has a normal headphone jack. The delivery was very good and it came in tip-top condition. It also came with free recording and editing software for both MAC and PC. You can find the manual for the amp online if you want to know the specifications of it. Really superb and more than worth the money.
A little expensive for a first amplifier, but it won't disappoint you. Just go for it. Been using this for a year and a half and no issue reported.
A very versatile amplifier in such a low price. The main focus goes to the Effects built in. They are decent and if you are new to amps then you no need to worry at all. Built in --> (Linear Delay), (Analogue Delay) , (Tape Delay), (Multi Delay), (Plate Reverb) , (Spring reverb), (Room reverb), (Hall Reverb), (Chorus/Flanger), (Tremolo), (Envelope Filter), (Phaser).And the usual pre-amps like OD1,OD2, Clean Warm, Clean Bright, Crunch, Super Crunch.Overall Three PROS I found -1) The (Plate Reverb) and the (Multi Delay) sounded the best from all effects. It sounds amazing and gives you a feeling of space. A really good technique used by Blackstar.2) Although the Equalizer is not available on the amp but its there in the INSIDER Software. So the problem solves there if you have a Computer device.3) The MP3 line in input helps to also enjoy your amp in a different way. You can treat it like a Home theatre or as a speaker to get an extra punch.CONS -1) The total average sound has more bass, then highs and at last the mids. So it might be noticable after few days of usage. But I hope it can be solved with the INSIDER Software Equalizer.2) The INSIDER Software is not a big recording setup or DAW as you might think. Its just an interface of connecting your Guitar or instrument to your PC.3) I think the 10 Watt version has a limit of its loudness. Its not that way loud as everyone on the internet says but good for bedroom practice specially at nights. So better go for the 20 Watt model. So all that sums up to a 4/5 star rating.

Think i received a duplicate plug apart from that it is perfect, I'm happy I didn't go for a cheap one.

Have been using this for almost 3 weeks, sounds great, no problems yet, great product for the price.
Great for what it's worth. Sounds excellent at lower volumes, but gets mushy at higher volumes. Only one major drawback: You need to separately buy USB mini-b if you want to record/connect amp tp PC. If budget allows, get Boss Katana 50, it's a steal at even 2x the price as this.
