After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt quite apprehensive about ordering it online. Fortunately, the instrument was in good shape when I received it. However, I feel that Bajaao could have included, at least, a basic bag or a strap.

Paint at the pickup slot was scraped off and I didn't have the option to replace my instrument.

The Guitar took 16 days to arrive at my place, out of which only 5 days it was actually in transit, rest 11 days, as Bajaao aftersales informed me, was because of rigorous Quality checks protocols that they follow. Alright 16 days later I get a guitar a guitar that has a faulty electronics to the extent that it cannot be fixed raised an complaint next day to get it replaced the next day. Its been 30 days overall now, for a guitar that is sitting in my room inside the package, collecting dust while I am paying EMIs, while bajaao and FedEx is busy playing Pickup Schedule games with me. Rs. 20000/-. That's not a cheap game to play. Next review will be at Consumer Court.

Guys, I bought Cort Bass guitar from Bajaao in the last year October and unfortunately, it���s not working. But unfortunately, they are proved right���while I was buying they should have told me that for any service assistance, either you need to courier or travel to Mumbai. Why I was kept in dark that local city services are not available- I would have bought it from a local city shop- at least no hassle while getting the after sales service. Its not easy for a customer to courier the guitar to Mumbai to get it repaired/serviced. Please think twice if you are planning to buy any musical stuff from Bajaao !!!

This the best bass guitar i recommend every initial bass player to have. The neck of this guitar is super fine and perfect for practicing. Even got a good price for this. customer service help me a lot while selecting the bass. and happy with their decision. this is an amazing bass guitar.
