Defective guitar recieved
I received the bundle and I found that the guitar's tone knob was not working. I immediately returned the product to Bajaoo for repair. When I received it back it was still the same! No repairs done. I called the company and told them about this and they offered me to get it repaired at any local shop and they'll pay for the service. After a few months I got it repaired as the shops were closed due to lockdown. When I sent the invoice to the company for my refund they said its no longer valid. They did not even mention the time limit for the offer too. I regret buying from here. If you are reading this do give a double check to the product you are receiving. I'll suggest to buy from a local shop only. Good luck.

I received the product after 7 days of order. Due to Covid-19 restrictions there was a bit of delay. I bought the guitar bundle with extra packaging. It was in a very good condition. The amplifier is a top notch. The cable is also nice but seems average. Talking about the stratocaster the strings seem a pretty dull sounding. You might want to change them. The pickguard had a few scratches, maybe by the technician, I'm not sure. but the sound and the quality is awesome. Every feature works just fine. I don't really have any complaints. It is well recommended for people who know how to play.

The guitar, amp, cable, tuner were in good condition. The only problem is with G string which goes out of tune all the time. Has to be re tuned repeatedly

Awesome. It came with everything as specified. The delivery was fast, but delivery service was terrible (but that is not Bajaao's fault, its the delivery company's fault). The guitar is surprisingly good. Holds the tune well and with some upgrades like new pickups it can become very very good. The amp is not the best but for 15k I have no complaints, Also the amp is not very good, but it is enough to squeeze out distorted metal tones. In all, i would definitely recommend. Bajaao has great customer service and are very helpful. The packaging was great and despite poor delivery conditions it was not damaged. The guitar had slight sines of use, but that is because the technicians test the product before delivery. In all i am very happy and i would definitely recommend it!
