I ordered Havana MV1412F Violin with Ebony Pegs on Bajaao way back on 22nd March 2020, and due to lockdown there was a delay in delivery and I was cooperating with Bajaao considering the prevailing conditions due to COVID-19 but after the lockdown was lifted and deliveries started happening for non-essential items, after repeated calls and emails, I got my order on 28th May, but the violin received was faulty, one string was broken and, the hair in the bow was also damaged, and to top it all the finishing of the violin seemed sub-standard. It was highly unprofessional on part of Bajaao in delivering a product so late whereby other companies were delivering orders promptly and when the package came, it was damaged. I requested to schedule a pick up for the faulty product, Bajaao again showed an unprofessional attitude in scheduling a pickup, when other companies were scheduling return pick up on time. 3rd June, the pickup was done and 10 days since the pickup for violin was done, there was no update from Bajaao team. After numerous emails and calls, the reply came and they wanted to know the tracking no. of pickup package. Isn���t it there job to keep track of package, anyways I told the tracking no. and they told refund will be processed soon. Finally, on the 25th June refund was credited into my account. They have pathetic after-sales support. For more than 3 months my money was stuck and this has been my worst experience so far with any E-commerce company.
The built quality is awesome. Sound is up to the mark, but could be better. Stays in tune for days. You can check out the Unboxing of the violin here

I ordered this violin (Havana MV1412F) last year (5/10/2018) and it was delivered to me on 29/10/2018. So after five months of usage, I feel I can review it better.First let me state the pros of the :1. Low cost: The violin is obviously cheap, I got it for about 4,4172. Loud: I found the violin has loud and sweet sound, the bass is not superb, but it's okay. 3. Not VSO: Thankfully it is not a Violin Shaped Object. Cons:1. Bow: The bow is a let down, it's heavy and cumbersome2. Strings: The factory made strings are worst, I had to upgrade the strings to D'Addario J810 4/4M 4/4 Scale Medium Tension Prelude Violin String Set.3. Bridge: In my opinion the bridge also needs to be upgraded, though I haven't done it yet.4. Rosin: Cheap quality5. Pegs: Not user friendly, cannot hold tune fore more than two days. Pegs makes it difficult to tune the violin.Final Judgement: So do I like the violin? The answer is both yes and no. It's a good beginner violin, but ultimately you'll have to upgrade to a better one. You can try to upgrade the violin itself, like I tried (albeit with limited success).My advice is if you are interested in learning to play violin, and want to try out if you would like to continue playing violin (like me), than this product is for you, but if you are an intermediate or advanced level violinist, then, better look for some other violin.
Good for beginners, soft case is also good quality, but delivery sucked! FedEx courier partners are really bad.

First, the item I received was cracked and defective. When I mailed them, the response I got 4 days later, saying that I'll have to provide a video of the issue I'm facing. So, I did that. Now it's been 4 days and there's no response. Overall since last 8 days I've been struggling to return a broken product they've sold me for 8k.
Good for beginners.

The Bow strap in the Violin cover was defective and one of the bow-hair was split.
