Ok so I had researched quite a bit on the internet for budget studio headphones. Had just made up my mind about the audio technica m40x when this product popped out of nowhere. And I'm glad it did. These cans are about 2k less than the ath and I must say the experience these offer is extremely satisfying. I also own a presonus studio 24c and using the bundled studio one 4 artist (so I'm completely presonus'ed out now :p) and all of these make up for a great home recording trio. The headphones sound very clean and accurate in their response. The sound felt a little on the brighter side initially but then I came upon the realisation that I was used to hearing deep and bassy sounds and this is how the sounds ACTUALLY sound like. Go for it without a doubt if you are considering this for mixing or for a home studio in general and are on a budget. Cheers!
it has a semi open back patented style . honestly saying its good for mixing and listening .but not for tracking...having semi open style it provides a wide spectrum of sound quality !
