These low profile earphones don't stick out of the ears too much and fit comfortably. Even after several hours of continuous use, it does not hurt the ears. The added wire manager is great tool to ensure the wires dont get tangled. However, Sony could have included a carry pouch similar to the ones Sennheiser provides with similarly priced earphones.
