Shipping Policy

A shipping charge is applicable on all items at Bajaao.com. There is no minimum order value at Bajaao.com.

• Centralized warehousing and a business partnership with a leading courier company means you get your order faster than ever.
• Most orders received by 5:00 PM. IST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day!
• Most orders shipped with the standard shipping method will arrive in just 3-5 business days.
• As a security precaution, some orders are held for verification for 48 hours. So, in these cases, shipping time is calculated after verification is completed. To avoid having your order held for verification, please make sure your billing address matches the address your credit card issuer has for you, even if the shipping address is different.
• Orders under one Kg are expedited by first class mail.
• All delivery times listed are measured in business days. For example, a One-Day order placed on Friday should arrive on the following Monday.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange - your choice. We give you 14 days from the shipping date. That's the best guarantee in the music industry.

Bajaao.com only accepts returns made within the first fourteen (14) days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this fourteen (14) day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions printed on the back of your invoice. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Returns originally paid for by credit card are issued a credit for the purchase price. Refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping and handling.

The following items are nonreturnable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos. Returned mouthpieces incur a sterilization fee. Bajaao.com only accepts returns made within the first 14 days from shipment. Sometimes popular products run out of stock. If there is a 7 or more day delay in shipping an order due to unavailability of product(s), we email customers with estimated shipping time. 

Product Availability

All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. There may be cases where you have been able to order a product from our site and we will run out of stock before we can update the site and make the product un-available. In the event of this, our customer service department will contact you to notify you, and ask if you would like to wait for the order to become available, or to cancel your order with us. You may also have the other products from your order shipped separately, and we will send the backordered item when it arrives at our warehouse.

Please note that in the event that a product may be unavailable for a period of 10 days, a full refund may be automatically issued to the customer.

Limitation of Liability

BAJAAO.COM DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. BAJAAO.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR STATUTORY DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BUNDLED WITH THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, BAJAAO.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
