BOSS DS-1X review

The BOSS DS-1X is by far the best pedal I've in my collection. The DS-1 was introduced in 1979, and even after 35 years, it is still manufactured because of its unaffected and growing porularity. Some notable users of the DS-1 are John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Kurt Cobain (Nirvana), Steve Vai and Neil Zaza. The DS-1X is like an extra high-gain channel that delivers smooth sustain, harmonically complex crunch and outstanding note-to-note clarity. Just a few seconds on the knobs will give you outstanding patches of distortion that will blow you out. The pedal is preety good for a pedal compilation on a live gig.
