Worst Guitar

Go for Yamaha or Fender instead. Came with defected fretboard, poor sound quality, Bad strings.

An average guitar.

The craftsmanship is very good, the tone is good too with less bass and more treble but the action was too high and needs to be adjusted. Biggest drawback is the volume; it's too low because of the low body depth. The scale length is also longer than expected so I would recommend strings of an extra light gauge on this guitar. With these adjustments it would be a good choice for a beginner with a small built.

Good sound. Good playability. However initial action setup needs an effort.Overall value for money at this price.

Happy to have bought it.

This is a finely crafted instrument! The workmanship is stunning, visually, and attention to detail is to the par. It has amazing play-ability. Stagg has done good with this guitar and not many know but Challenge guitars are actually made by Stagg. The tone rings out and sustains beautifully. I have played it for hours on end and continue to receive inspiration to play more. I look forward to each session with it. It is very responsive to both finger style as well using a plectrum. The sound is pretty nice and full bodied! This instrument is built to last and its well worth the money. I am happy that I bought it and I really enjoy playing it!
