I bought a Roland F-140R Digital Piano recently for my music school from Bajaao. Bajaao was prompt in delivering the product within two weeks after placing my order. The packaging of the product was excellent and it was safely delivered to me in Rajapalayam, Tamilnadu. The piano comes with a stand with two small stabilizers. The vendor of the piano sent me a wrong stabilizer. I quickly placed a complaint with Bajaao along with the pictures of the erroneous product. The Bajaao aftersales team spoke to the vendor and procured a replacement for the stabilizer and sent it back to me. I am quite satisfied with the product and I was able to save upto 6000 rupees by purchasing the piano in Bajaao. The vendors in chennai were selling the piano for 89373 rupees whereas I paid only 83041 rupees towards the same product in Bajaao, which I think is an awesome deal. And the product also comes with a free shipping!!! Only if the aftersales team had been much prompt in replying to the queries raised faster, the buying experience would have been much more pleasant. I also would like to congratulate Mr. Rohit from customer support and Mr. Sumedh from After Sales team for their patience in answering my queries and support. They were excellent and highly professional. I will definitely buy more equipment from Bajaao for my school in future. Kudos to Bajaao!!! Keep the good work going!!!
