About Bajaoo
They are very nice and helpful
They will help you with the process of buying
Nothing to hold back on that
They are absolutely rubbish at giving discounts
So don’t be surprised if you do get a discount from them and they sell same kind of pianos for even cheaper price a few days or weeks or months later
Bajaoo are very quick at processing orders
Once you pay for the items you choose, you can be totally assured that they will pack your stuff and send it on its way to you, as quick as possible
So they deserve all credit there
But, there is always a but
Their logistics partners are totally rubbish
I did place a big order with Bajaoo
As soon as they received the money, they sent it packing and within a day it arrived from their warehouse in Mumbai to Goa
Their logistics partners then held on to my items for 6 more days
Worst of all - for no explainable reason at all
This logistics company had their warehouse just under 10 kilometers from my residence
Bajaoo could pack and send my order from Mumbai to Goa ( approximately 650 kilometers ) within 1 day
But their logistics partners used up almost a week to deliver my orders from their warehouse to my residence - a distance of just under 10 kilometers
This is totally rubbish service and Bajaoo ought to reconsider their choice of logistics partners
About packing
Request Bajaoo for extra packing and they do it for an extra fee
Although, it could have been extra padded with thermocol plates from the inside
I am happy with that Casio D pianos I received
But I also had ordered a Vault Caesar piano from them
They have priced it much higher then it actually should deserve
It is extremely rubbish to set it up
Several screws dont even fit there they should be fitted
The sound is very unpleasant but tolerable
The keys are absolutely fantastic and give good resistance if adjusted properly
It’s got a lot of buttons with so much choices that is actually beyond my comprehension
We stick to the piano mode and that really does it for us
Really a good piano, in my honest opinion
Did also purchase a Røde NT 1A - that classic condenser microphone
Haven’t got the time to open it yet, even though it has been a couple of weeks since I received it
Perhaps another review on only that would be suitable for a later occasion

Arrived before the promised delivery date. Easy to assemble. The product finish is of very good quality. My 14 years old son is impressed with the amazing sound it produces, the weighted keys, the pedal controls and is really enjoying Casio AP-270BK 88 Key Digital Piano. I am very happy with Bajaao.com support staff as well. Very knowledgable and patient.
The piano allows for extremely expressive playing. The sounds it creates are something Ive heard in much more expensive digital pianos and on acoustic pianos. Very well done, Casio!! Goose bumps if you know what to do with your fingers.
