Excellent product advisory (specialist Jerin)

Your specialist Jerin was excellent and very patient in helping me identify the products (solution) for my requirement. While he helped me choose the Shure microphone, he also helped me understand the Audio Interface product for my requirement around recording. He helped me identify the product which I will be purchasing in a few weeks.

The only gap I experienced in this purchase was that I was advised the male XLR to female XLR cable whereas it should have been female XLR to male TRS cable to connect my Shure microphone to the Kustom Cube-80 that I have.

However overall great experience.

Perfect for Hall Services

This sturdy mic comes all in black which is a plus point for me. Btw, yes SM is better and should be. But since I needed to get two mics asap within a budget for the Church I think pretty make a good deal out of this. Noise cancellation is superb to the sides and the front gives crypts and clear sound like no old mics we have ever used. It's a great product and a great brand. 8/10. Go for it.
