Service was fast and hassle free. As for the product,it is an awesome beginner guitar. Take the guitar to a local and trusted shop once to get the setup correct. Not good for tremolo heavy techniques as it goes out of tune fairly quickly if tremolo is used, which should not be a problem for a beginner or anybody who doesn't employ such techniques in his playing. Amplifier works great and can handle an array of tones, and figuring it out to use all the features is easy as it is a basic, clean and functional amp. Don't use the Amplifier, plugged into an extended outlet as it can severely damage it. Satisfied with the product.
