Well made. Feels pretty solid. I like the generous amount to padding on the inside. Enough storage on the outside, including the expandable pocket. Nice idea. The only downside is the carrying handle on the side. It's really hard to the touch and hurts the hand if you carry it too long by this handle. The back straps are fine, fortunately.
Bajaao, of course never delivers anything on time; and not only this time. 3 years ago their deliveries were delayed; 5 years ago too, their deliveries were delayed. Get off your backsides, guys. Get your delivery act together
