Excellent

The only problem is with the G string, its too tight to play it in drop B. So i had to tuned it to C standard. I have also tried others brand's string. I found the DR strings to have perfect tension set for any tuning.

Good for downtuning holds the tension while heavy picking

Good but expected a bit more brightness and sustain in the tone

Amazing

I love Ernie Ball and always use them from standard to the most of the drop tunings like drop A and these are too good for B and C.
Highly recommended for those who play heavy metal and want some awesome tones.

Ideal for Drop B

This set is perfect for drop B and drop A#. I've personally tuned it to drop C. I would have preferred a wound 3rd string 'cause it's really tight on the 3rd string.

Great for drop tuning but...

I can tune down to C Standard without the strings feeling sloppy on my 24.75 inch scale guitar, which is great, but the problem i am having is with the G string/third string. The sound is very different in comparison to the other strings and does not feel quite as nice(maybe i got a faulty one). Other than that, the strings are very nice for rock and metal enthusiasts.

These strings are good for low tuning, C#Standard, drop c. The guage are heavy meaning there won't be a slack/sloppy after the strings are tuned down to a lower pitch. Hope to experience these pair of strings in the future as well.

Good for drop tuning

I tune it in C standard in a 25.5 inch scale electric and it's a beast now. Perfect tension for C standard tuning.

I needed this pack before a recording in dropped A and boy I am glad to have got them just in time. Did the job and how!

I am using these set for drop c...and its really sounds gr8.. I would recommend these set.cor dropmtunings.
