Complete piece of junk

Bajaao said they will test instruments before ship. I don't know what they tested, the amp is inaccurate and continuous crackling sound. I didn't return it because I'm beginner and I taught I'm doing something wrong with settings. by the time I realised its amp's issue the return date is over.
