actually i received the guitar with few frets rusted. after so many attempts they arranged for a replacement but when the courier fellow came i was not at home. i asked for an alternate day for replacement but no response from bajaao. they have to agree that the replacement process is not as good as flipkart or snapdeal. if only i purchased the same guitar in snapdeal it would have been easy for me to deal with replacements. i will agree the guitar is good and received without any other damage. but wondering why would they pack a guitar with rusted frets. i would say i'm partially satisfied shopping at bajaao. this is my honest feedback.
