The product is amazing and even though I had to replace my first product because of transit damage, the after sales team was very supportive of it and shipped me a replacement within 4 days. As for the product, this is definitely a rock / metal / blues amp. Clean tones might not be as good as Vox Valvetronix VT20 since Clean tone sounds more heavy. The effects are also good along with the tuner as well but can be an issue for someone who does a lot of drop tuning. The build quality is amazing, considering the weight of around 6.6 kg, its reasonably good. The CD/Mp3 Input is also a good option for players to jam to their favorite songs. The amp is loud and if you want to use it as a practice amp, this is your thing. The option of Channel switch foot controller is also available (sold separately) if you don't want to use an effects pedal. I havent yet the checked the Stereo headphone out but I presume you can use its for doing late night practice sessions. Overall a great amp!
