I buy Nektar GX61 two years ago, and now i have seen problem in pitchbend,, I issue a complaint on there website... and there customer service is really great. They send me new Assembly of Pitchbend and Mod Wheel for free after its warranty period. I am using this product for more than two years. I am satisfied with my Nektar GX61.

The product is good and, undoubtedly, genuine. But, the delivery service could be better.
Within a month only, the keyboard developed 2 faults. A white paste started coming out from under many keys, and the middle C note sometimes suddenly plays at full velocity, even if played gently. This matter has been referred to the vendor. Also, I think the overall touch-response of the keys could be a little springier. .

Best midi at this price. I ve been using it for 2 years and they are still awesome
Was not a big fan of Nektar earlier. But after using GX series, I must say, this is the beast in the desk. The USP of this Midi keyboard is its build quality. Just insane. Keys can be felt a bit harder compared to M-Audio or Arturia ones but come'on it ilivering something exceptional in this pricepoint.
Just wanted to add a simple midi keyboard which didnt take up too much space in my studio, one that could be set up and played in an instant. Set up and integration with Logic was literally quick "plug-n-play "with the GX49. I use they keyboard to play some pads, maybe trigger some samples etc. For that purpose this controller is perfect.
very nice and fabulous midi for home and professional studio setup.
