I bought my first product from Bajaao.com and the process was a hastle right from the delivery to the return and finally to get an update from after sales. Every step atleast 2, 3 phone calls to the respective department. In the process they sent me a used open box totally covered with mud and the product was actually broken and looked as if it was bought from a flee market. They offer big discounts but the product is worthless. I had to return it immediately. The moment I opened the outer packaging, one look at the box and I knew what a big mistake i had made by choosing this company. Its been 3 weeks, I am delayed in my project thanks to Bajaao, no replacement, no refund, no news inspite of requesting them the strict time pressures I had. Thanks for your useless service. Advise, if you want to be the Thomann model from UK then atleast copy more than just the business model that is business ethics!
