Great preamps and price for value. The latency is low at 4ms on the system that I recorded. Comes with a intuitive, yet detailed GUI for managing the routing, very useful and handy.Meant for a long term investment in a pro studio.

Great Interface! Lots of I/O, and GREAT Preamps! On Time delivery

This interface replaces an older Firepod. The preamps are MUCH better than Presonus's! The added plug-in are a nice bonus, and are very usable!!! The interface works very well on my PC (Win7-64b) at 3ms latency. 2ms works good, but every now and then, it drops. Probably due to my PC, not the interface. It took only a few to get the best configuration, to use with my (Sonar) DAW, and still hear PC sounds. The 2 headphone outs are very loud, which can be very good (and deafening)! LOL I also like the software control panel, helps fine-tune in-put levels on the fly. I would definitely consider another one, if this gave out. And to think, I was gonna spend twice this, on an RME. For the price, you CAN NOT BEAT this product!

Amazing Product.

This is definitely one of the best audio interfaces out there within the specified budget. I bought it mainly to record drums and guitars and the audio quality is brilliant. Along with the attractive look, there is also ease of use. The recording is very very clear as is expected from the focusrite preamps. The additional benefit is the Ableton Live Suite and the scarlett plug-ins which can be used for mixing/mastering. I would suggest to this to almost anyone who is looking forward to investing in such a product.Shoutout to the people at Bajaao for delivering this within 14 hours. Good work. Very satisfied.Cheers.

amazing sound quality

been looking for a good multi channel audio interface to record my band at home itself. the 18i20 fit the bill perfectly, both in terms of budget and quality. have seen many focusrite products at top studios and felt stoked to add its top notch audio interface to my home studio collection. looks very premium and sits very well at my desk space. the audio conversion quality is brilliant and I can hear this in comparison to my previous audio interface - m-audio mtrack which was pretty basic. the included software is useful as I got a copy of Ableton lite and a few scarlett plugins which I found to be more than useful but I'm yet to incorporate into my routine.9 / 10 for the product and 8 / 10 for bajaao service..
