I bought a microphone (for those who don't know, a microphone's lifecycle depends on it's usage as well, along with other factors) and received a opened one (the seal was broken) which is not satisfactory for any cutomer.
i've been costantly contacting the customer care for 3 days but no solution has been provided to me.
The box seal was opened already and clearly anyone can see in these images that it is not a fresh box

I was in doubt before purchasing it from bajaao.com coz it was my first time on bajaao.com its price was different on all websites flipkart 21000 and Amazon 16345 but bajaao price was 16999 as i already told it was my first time so I called to customer service and they help me to explain all the things and also the give me 999 rupees discount on call support. But i was afraid that bajaao is genuine or not. But in doubt i ordered it and also i has been ordered it from Amazon before 4 days. But they couldn't dispatch and delivery on time so i cancel them. And bajaao sends me it in only 3 days. Product is really genuine. Original. Warranted. Love it and also love to bajaao.com agar aap aise hi kaam karenge to humara bhi aapke sath sath bhala ho jayega
