How can you say that you fulfilled my order. The order was on as early as 30th September.I have been in touch with your staff Ganesh and Nikita for the last 1 week and only after repeated calls I got an updated status yesterday. Your staff said that the courier company admitted it had some logistical issues and could not deliver and would bring back the item to you in a couple of days. They told me they will contact me on receipt and deliver through another courier or refund as per my instructions.
