Great Product for any solo live singer. Great work by Bajaao and its team. Delivery was however a harrowing experience as I found out FedEx outsources delivery to third party "agents". I actually got worried if I will ever get my product for which I had I had paid in full already. When I called FedEx they gave me number for the executive who was supposed to deliver the product, someone called Vijay. When I called up this guy enquiring what happened with my scheduled delivery, he quipped he was the Manager and not the delivery boy and to sms him the FedEx item reference# which I did promptly. Then a the games started. First he didn't answer my calls for hours. Then he answered and said he hasn't received the sms 'YET'. At this point I got a little jittery and called FedEx again narrating them the developments. They promised to get in touch with Vijay and ensure the delivery the same day. This time around when I called after a few hours when FedEx did not get back to me as committed, a different guy, very different in his demeanour picked up and asked me the reference #, "again". They hadn't received my SMS for over 6 hours? Can you even believe that? He asked how "Big" was the package? I don't understand what was the relevance of size. Your guess is as good as mine.I finally received my package around 8:30 PM at night after a lot of heartache! It was scary to have paid around 65,000 for a product and being played by delivery agents!
