Sound quality is fine; handling noise is really not that bad. Range is limited (no external antennas), especially noticeable after 10 or 15 minutes of use. Sometimes less than 30 feet when there are metallic objects (fences, etc.) around. New batteries do not help. Other units with external antennas (WMS 420, etc.) fare much better, up to 50 or 60 feet with no issues.Good mic, good price. Would definitely buy again.
