Reason for -1 star: Though the uke was delivered with safe packaging, the delivery was delayed and it arrived after 11 days of placing the order.
Coming to the uke, I have just started learning it. Initially, the strings require tuning which can be done using the Kala's Ukulele Tuner App on your phone. The sound is loud enough to hear but yes you cannot expect it to sound like a Tenor size Ukulele.
I purchased the Soprano Uke size Gig Bag separately. Even the bag has enough padding and the uke fits into it comfortably.
For a beginner like me, it's just perfect❤️❤️. Thanks Bajaao!!
This is my first instrument and honestly I love it so much. On comparison with my friend's Kala KA-s (mahagony body w mahagony fretboard), it looks ditto similar but there's a huge difference in the sound, where my Makala MKS is louder and has more bass-ier sound.Now opinions on Bajaoo- it took hella lot of time to deliver. It was so late I completely forgot that I placed an order when they followed up on my uke which is after like 2 weeks I suppose; where they said they would deliver it within 5 days.But I'm not even angry about it because the product is really wonderful and REALLY WORTH THE PRICEAnyways thanks Bajaoo, lots of love xoP.s.- there is no cover or any other additional things for the uke.

Kala Makala MK-S Soprano Ukulele
The uke from makala is a good quality product. The wood is amazing and the strings however, as suggested by the company needs a lot of tunning initially is now creating wonderful sound and need not be tuned as much. I am in love with the product and I am really happy I moved this transition from guitar to uke with the help of this product.

I just want to exchange my soprano with concert so, I asked for a exchange. But I didn’t exchanged it because, They will charge you extra for exchange + we have to do all the packaging + Also, they say that if they found any scratch or any damage they will deduct the money from exchange ( They might falsely accuse me with fault in the product to deduct the money) + No proper customer service. After looking into their customer service I was afraid to return my soprano.
