The keyboard is good, no complaints there. However, as part of the package some online lessons were promised, for which I have been raising queries and sending reminders for more than a week but nobody is bothered to respond. The online lessons seem like quite a farce, because the website playgroundsessions.com mentioned by them is a paid website which requires you to pay upfront and then you have to cancel within 30 days, so probably that's their definition of "free online lessons". This is complete mis-selling and mis-representation and needs to stop right now!
Also, I was told that warranty card would be received alongwith the package. But there is no warranty card in the package. I have registered my product on the Yamaha website and hope that the purchase invoice serves the purpose, if at all I face any issues during the warranty period.
