I ordered keyboard and paid in advance for the bill. They have system of placing the order and delivery date appears after order is complete. The delivery date shown was disappointing as showing almost two weeks of order placed. When I took up the issue with customer care and discussed them about delivery schedule, executive committed the delivery will be done on priority basis. The goods received in well condition and also much before the date confirmed at the time of placing the order. It is requested to team that manage delivery times in such a way with other competitors so that you receive more business. All the best.
