Incomplete product

I was happy to buy and waiting for it but when I received audio usb cable was not into the box while box is written with audio usb cable in it than I immediately called Bajaao I did not get good response they said email us I did but its 9 days over I can not use this mixer without audio usb. Pathetic after sales service of Bajaao dont buy this product coz they are not fulfilling their written commitment too. Still they are saying we will send u cable you need not to return it. But in 9 days still I am waiting for it and not getting :(
