Taking you back to when the archtop acoustic guitar reigned supreme, the Godin 5th Avenue Archtop Acoustic combines the traditional styling and classic tone of those coveted 1950s archtop acoustic guitars with today's level of modern playability -- all at a price that won't break the bank.
The award-winning Godin 5th Avenue Archtop acoustic features a molded arched top and back crafted from Canadian Wild Cherry, offering dynamically rich acoustic tone with more projection and volume in the lower midrange than traditional archtop acoustics. The top sports a pair of classic f-holes and a floating pickguard while the entire body flaunts cream binding and a custom polished finish that creates a beautiful satin sheen reminiscent of the French polish of the 1800s. The 24.84" scale neck is carved from Silver Leaf maple and capped with a 16" radius rosewood fingerboard. The contoured high-gloss black headstock comes loaded with a set of chrome tuners. At the other end of the guitar, the 5th Avenue carries an adjustable GraphTech Tusq bridge and a chrome tailpiece. Whether you're playing Country, Blues, Slide, Jazz or Rock, The Godin 5th Avenue Archtop acoustic is sure to satisfy. Available in Cognac Burst, Black, and Natural. Case not included.
