Perfection at its height

Just bought the Panaroma P4 and using with Cubase 6.5. First thing, no Automap/hyperlink kind of protocol which scans your plugins/virtual instruments, no duplicating the .dlls of the plugins, just install the drivers and your DAW supporting files with no hassle. You just need to do some updates for the firmware for the first time use. After a long online research I find this keyboard is what I need that has tight integration with my DAW, cubase and Reason. It also supports and tightly integrated for Bitwig, Logic, Reaper and more coming soon. The keyboard's keybed is awesome. Coming from using a triton, the key does look a bit plastic but compared to other high end midi keyboard, this keyboard feels great to play, sexy look, motorised fader, conveniently placed bunch of knobs and faders, pads which can be easily programmed to the keys we need and the scales we select, F-keys to assign qwerty commands as we need. The customer support is fast in response. This is best beast for me.

Great product and a perfect companion for Reason!

Like every new instrument, there is a bit of a learning before you start to rock and play with the navigation and controls. However, there is nothing better than having that hands on control of Reason, from transport, the sequencer, mixer, and individual devices. This controller replaces your mouse, keyboard and MIDI keys alone! In a nutshell:It looks great, it feels great, and it plays great! Highly recommended.

An all in one solution with only problem that it's a little pricey.

Well I use Propellerhead's Reason for my projects so I was pretty excited about this controller as it boasts to be seamlessly integrate with that. The good news it does what it boasts. The integration is not only seamless but also intuitive, so I'm happy about it. I wish the price was slightly lower. As far as I think, this controller was made to be the only DAW controller one should need. Visually and asthetically is very pleasing and engadeging. For use of a generic MIDI controller, the P4 is very much a plug and play device so that take away all the hassle. The P4 really shines on the top of everything once you use it with Reason. Everything from auto detection, mapping etc work just fine! Navigation is centred around the P4s three dedicated Reason modes Mixer, Instrument and Transport each accessed from a button above the main display. Below the displays five soft keys, further buttons support navigating between tracks as well as patch and view selection.
