My recent experience with Bajaoo's delivery service left much to be desired. Despite the anticipation of receiving my order, the process was marred by significant setbacks. The shipment, facilitated through Shipyaari and Ecom Express, encountered multiple issues. Firstly, upon reaching my hometown, there was no attempt made to deliver the package despite it being scheduled for delivery. Upon further inquiry, I discovered that the designated courier office, 'Ecom Express Shillong,' was permanently closed. After a delay of three days, I was notified that my order was out for delivery. However, the delivery person cited the weight of the package as a reason for non-delivery and requested me to collect it personally from a new location. This defeats the purpose of opting for home delivery. I urge Bajaoo to reassess its choice of courier services to ensure a seamless and satisfactory delivery experience for its customers.
