BAJAAO India presents the Samson C01 Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone.
Samson's C01 has all the performance features that you demand from a large diaphragm studio condenser microphone. It's the perfect solution for recording vocals, acoustic instruments and for use as and overhead drum mic.
Featuring a large, dual-layer 19mm diaphragm with a cardioid pickup pattern, the C01 produces a smooth flat frequency response. Its two ultra-thin sensor membranes pick up far more detailed sounds than any dynamic coil. You'll hear the strings and wood of your guitar, the breath and resonance of a singer, or the brassy shimmer of a ride cymbal with crystal clear clarity.
The C01's design includes a heavy gauge mesh grill, gold-plated XLR connecter and an LED for monitoring its 48V of phantom power. It also comes with a swivel mount that can be attached to any standard mic stand. In addition, an optional SP01 spider shock mount is available for increased mic and sound stability.
You get a heavy gauge mesh grill screen, a gold-plated XLR connector and a LED indicating 48V phantom power. The overall sound is accurate, detailed and smooth with warm bass and extended top end.
Samson's C01 is one of the best values available from a professional recording microphone.

don't think too much this one is the best budget microphone you'll find anywhere
I recommend it for beginners/home studios...Its a good product for the price..Go for it!!
I purchased the mic. For Rs 6014 and had paid the amount but after 16 hours if you will change the price to Rs 7200+,and you calling me to pay more money...then what is my fault? Why should I pay for difference amount now
Very big diaphragm and very much senaitive and can capture all the sound when recording drums (1mic user)
It is a good microphone at this price point. But try to invest a little more and go with sE X1A/MXL 770/AKG P120, as they produced better output. Definitely this isn't the best one, but with EQ and some post processing it sounds better. Go for it only if you have this much budget.
I have been using this in my home studio and also one in my professional recording studio. Its been almost 6 years and still works great! Sounds better than most of 10k plus priced mics!
