Playing keys facing problem

I purchased Roland E09 IN. while playing in the middle octave (Octave 3rd) with acompanied (rethams) the lower parts of 3rd octave or uper part of 2nd octave is not functioning and while playing melody with retham section the sound of 2nd octave upper portion that is G A B is not working How can l manage this problemRegardsAlphonse9443625359

Seeing my friend purchase product from Bajaao I begun to believe on this co. and decide to buy xp...

Now I using E 09 in ,it"s a budget keyboard and also some good quality tone like vibs,string,guitar,santur,siter,flute,bass,many kinds of sax,group violine and violin although these are better play with using user section adding duel tone for separate tone. Many user have no idea about using transpose-so I can give an idea.....press numeric button -again press numeric and transpose hold and let to light function key with note lock status on light board-just one,two,three times leave the buttons off function key please.If the transpose button not lighting use same process again and just see transpose button lighting or not,When change tone or user performance must be lightened the transpose button....thanks
