Shipping Policy

HOW FAST DO I GET MY GEAR?

DISPATCH : Please review the product page. It indicates the number of business days within which that product is expected to ship, reflecting our current order backlog of 2 days plus (in some cases) additional sourcing/processing time for certain products. 

SHIPPING : Please expect occasional delays beyond our dispatch date. Once orders are dispatched, couriers routinely are experiencing additional transit and zone-specific delays. It is our current experience that you need to expect shipping delays even beyond the ETA on your courier's shipment tracking page.

Dispatch time differs in different cases as follows:

The website says: “Dispatches the same day*” 

It is contingent on your order being placed before 2PM. All orders received before 2PM, will be dispatched the same day.

 

The website says: “Dispatches in 24 Hours*”

Once you checkout, the verified orders are shipped within 24 business hours. Most products are then verified and go through a quality control process before being shipped out from our shipping facility. All string instruments go through a rigorous quality control process before being packed and shipped out to customers.

 

The website says: “Dispatches in 'indicated' days*” 

Once you checkout, we move the product from our remote facility to delivery facility (Warehouse). This may take a couple of days, as aforementioned on the delivery details column of the product details page. Once arrived, it is tested and then shipped out.
However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, some orders may take longer to arrive. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Air Express Shipping:

We offer Air Shipping options to most products & to all serviceable pincodes. High volumetric products like stands, keyboards, pianos, drumkits, foam panel etc are not included.

Xtra Protect™ Packaging:

When you choose this option, we make sure that your product leaves our warehouse with extra protective packaging to significantly minimize the chance of transit damage. In an unlikely event of transit damage or 'lost package', we make sure that we process the re-shipment right away. The process generally takes longer as it involves processing a claim with our shipping partner, later then your re-shipment is processed.

 

Delivery Expectation

Most customers receive their product(s) on the estimated delivery date mentioned on the product page after entering their pincodes. However there could be few exceptions that could result in a delivery delay. Musical instruments and pro audio equipment are fragile and sensitive products and need to be tested and packaged carefully. While we are unable to ship at lightning fast speeds, our methods ensure a near-zero transit-damage rate in India, and we'd like to keep it that way. Getting your product safely to you is our topmost priority.
