Bajaao.com only accepts returns made within the first fourteen (14) days of delivery. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this fourteen (14) day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions printed on the back of your invoice. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Returns originally paid for by credit card are issued a credit for the purchase price. Refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping and handling.

Sometimes popular products run out of stock. If there is a 10 or more day delay in shipping an order due to unavailability of product(s), we email customers with estimated shipping time.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
It is a payment method where you pay for an item in cash when the courier company delivers the item to you.
How does COD work?
You place an order on BAJAAO after verifying you mobile number. Once your phone number and your order is verified by our team, we process the product from our end and hand it over to our courier partner for delivery. You need to pay the complete amount in cash to the courier once the product is delivered to you. Please note, payment through cheque, draft or any other means will not be acceptable.
Is COD optional available for all products?
The COD option is only available for products that cost between Rs.1,000 - Rs.40,000 and locations that fall under the serviceable range of our courier partners.
How do I check if my product or location is eligible for COD?
On every product page, we've put a box where you can put your pin code and check if your product and location is eligible for COD or not.
Why is COD option not available for my location?
Our reach in terms of COD option is limited by the reach of courier companies. Once you enter your pin code while ordering, we will tell you if COD is available at your location.
Why is COD option not available for high priced products?
Courier suppliers are not yet equipped to accept COD order that cost more than Rs.40,000; as of now. In case of a specific requirement, please give us a call at +91-22-61235353 or drop a mail at email@example.com and we'll make sure our sales engineer reaches out to you.
What do I do if no one is at home when the courier company attempts delivery?
Courier companies will call you before coming over to deliver the item.
When do I need to pay the COD amount?
The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
What happens if a product I order is not available?
All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. There may be cases where you have been able to order a product from our site and we will run out of stock before we can update the site and make the product un-available. In the event of this, our customer service department will contact you to notify you, and ask if you would like to wait for the order to become available, or to cancel your order with us. You may also have the other products from your order shipped separately, and we will send the backordered item when it arrives at our warehouse.
Please note that in the event that a product may be unavailable for a period of 10 business days, a full refund may be automatically issued to the customer.
How much time does it take to ship my order?
Moving a product from our warehouse or a supplier's warehouse to our office usually takes 2-3 days. After this, the product is tested and packed. Depending on the workload and number of pending orders, which are always more than we can handle, this can take another 3-4 days.
The actual shipping transit time is 4-6 working days anywhere in India. Most customers receive their product(s) within 12-15 business days of placing their order.
