Very rarely, there are cases wherein an order gets placed from your end but the product has just gone out of stock and has not updated on our portal. In such a case, we try to immediately inform the customer. Our customer service team gives you a call/contacts you on email and makes sure we either find you an alternative right product, let the customer know when new stock is expected or cancel your order. In case of cancellation of a prepaid order, the money is wired back to the customer within 10 to 15 business days.
