Great pedal for classic rock and metal guitarists!!

I have heard plenty of bad reviews about this pedal in the past but I think it works great especially for it's price. This pedal is a good match for people who play classic rock, and metal. The digitech hot head was my first ever distortion pedal. And I think it's safe to say as a guitarist who has been using this for 10 years, that this is a great pedal for budding metal guitarists. Despite provisions for tones in all frequency levels, this pedal is more of a lead guitarist pedal. Also this pedal is a bit overpriced. I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good distortion pedal.
