Here's the deal: This guitar is actually a good product. When I received it, I was impressed by the build quality. It looks way better in real life; the product pictures do no justice to the actual guitar. But unfortunately I had to return it for the below reasons: 1. The fret inlay on the third fret had fallen off. 2 The action was just too high even after adjusting the truss rod. These things should have caught during quality checks at Bajaao. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, this was not done. Bajaao tried to blame it on the vendor, but the flaws were just too obvious to have been missed by their own QC. If you are looking at this specific model, try to first play it in a store if possible (though highly unlikely to do that in India). I am giving 3 stars just because of lack of QC from Bajaao.
