कॉर्ट एक्शन बास वी प्लस 5-स्ट्रिंग इलेक्ट्रिक बास गिटार - ट्रांस रेड

After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt quite apprehensive about ordering it online. Fortunately, the instrument was in good shape when I received it. However, I feel that Bajaao could have included, at least, a basic bag or a strap.

Paint at the pickup slot was scraped off and I didn't have the option to replace my instrument.

This bass guitar comes with an active EQ BASS AND TREBLE. By manipulating you get loads of tone... It's just awesome.Sounds great.Smooth.Fret friendly Made in Indonesia.

This bass is great but, don't buy it from here either buy it near guitar stores or anywhere else online. I called them telling my bass was not working and they told me to send an email regarding the problem and said they'll call me the next morning, so I send the email but it didn't went through and no calls at all,
So I had to fix the problem by my own....

The Guitar took 16 days to arrive at my place, out of which only 5 days it was actually in transit, rest 11 days, as Bajaao aftersales informed me, was because of rigorous Quality checks protocols that they follow. Alright 16 days later I get a guitar a guitar that has a faulty electronics to the extent that it cannot be fixed raised an complaint next day to get it replaced the next day. Its been 30 days overall now, for a guitar that is sitting in my room inside the package, collecting dust while I am paying EMIs, while bajaao and FedEx is busy playing Pickup Schedule games with me. Rs. 20000/-. That's not a cheap game to play. Next review will be at Consumer Court.

Sir please see that the varied amount is returned back we have already talked about the pricing with the toll free number on the MRP sticker

Regards, Tejas Rathod Aftersales Executive Working hours: 10 am- 7 pm Bajaao Music Pvt. Ltd. (India) www.bajaao.com While buying the guitar from Bajaao, my friends and fellow musicians asked me not to buy it from Bajaao as they are not trustworthy, but I wanted to give it a try thinking online business is evolving and maybe they have improved. But unfortunately, they are proved rightwhile I was buying they should have told me that for any service assistance, either you need to courier or travel to Mumbai. Why I was kept in dark that local city services are not available- I would have bought it from a local city shop- at least no hassle while getting the after sales service. Its not easy for a customer to courier the guitar to Mumbai to get it repaired/serviced. Please think twice if you are planning to buy any musical stuff from Bajaao !!!
