Soundiron Bass Machina

A brutal 5-string Kiesel bass virtual instrument

About

Unleash pure low-end domination with Bass Machina, a brutal multi-sampled virtual bass library built for crushing grooves, intricate runs, and slamming metal tones. Craig Peters meticulously sampled his custom 5-string Kiesel bass, featuring a swamp ash body with antique ash treatment and a 3-piece walnut & bloodwood neck for maximum resonance, clarity, and punch. Strung with D’Addario Pro Steel .45-.130 strings, this beast delivers aggressive attack, deep growls, and a crisp top-end bite. Captured with pristine detail, Bass Machina features pick sustains, taps, slaps, pops, and mutes, plus programmable slides at various tempos, and full control over hammer-ons and pull-offs for fluid and realistic performances. Shape your sound with raw D.I. recordings, ready to be run through your favorite amp sims and plugins. The intuitive and fully customizable UI gives you real-time articulation switching, advanced mapping options, a powerful sequencer, auto-strummer, sequencer, and a full FX rack—everything you need to build devastating basslines with precision and power.
