Because every instrument deserves a committed home.

Some products require special handling, calibration, and hygiene standards and may include bundled Softwares which are single user registration products which cannot be taken back. To maintain fairness for every musician and to ensure the highest quality standards, this product falls under our Non-Returnable Policy. This also applies to All stand alone purchases of Software, Audio Plugins and any order fulfilled via email and Download.

What this means

This product is non-returnable under all circumstances.
Once purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged — regardless of preference, size, purchase error, suitability, or change of mind.

Complete Warranty Protection Still Applies

Even though the product is non-returnable, you are fully protected from product-related issues.

Every unit comes with a manufacturer’s standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

All issues will be resolved through BAJAAO, including:

Transit damage
Manufacturing defects
Product malfunction

Our support team will coordinate the entire process as per the manufacturer’s standard warranty policy — so you don’t have to chase service centres or brands individually.

Certain categories of musical gear are highly sensitive or personalized and cannot be resold once opened. This policy ensures:

Musicians always receive brand-new, unused products
Full quality assurance is maintained
No customer receives a unit that has been opened, handled, or previously owned
