A Wonderful Headphone with worn out packaging

Product is wonderful. But SEAL WAS TORN and SEAL GLUE WAS DRY. Package box was also in worn out condition. I am doubtful whether the product is USED. But the product itself is wonderful. Since it is not available elsewhere I am not returning it. But BAJAAO must look after these issues of seal and packaging condition which will have significant adverse impact on their market reputation and goodwill. 3 stars only for the product and fast delivery service. 2 stars deducted for seal and package condition.
