The guitar came a month after ordering. No updates were given on delay or reasons. Finally when it came, it had issues with the bridge and even after a Luthier trying to adjust, the action was way too high. It looked like Bajaao somehow wanted to sell it even if the guitar had functional problems. It was glaringly evident that the piece was NOT quality assured. I had to return the guitar. Then comes the fun with customer service. Had to do 4 calls to initiate a return. By then the guitar packing (carton) was taken away by the garbage guy and just because I couldn't give the carton back, the customer rep threatened not to take the guitar back. When I insisted, he said he will deduct 15 percent since I don't have the carton. I have bought guitars from many stores, both online and in-store. Never ever had such a bad experience.
