Snare drum rim shot is not responding. The settings have been checked. It is just not working as it is a faulty piece. I need Bajaao.com to help me on this please
It is a good kit. I used it well for 3 years, one fine day the controller unit would not power up.
I tried to look for a service center in Mumbai, but did not find one anywhere in India.
I contacted Bajjao since they claim to have a Service Center, but it seems they take up repair jobs only if the product is under warrenty, they done offer paid service to out of warranty products.
I tried to reach out to Carlsbro Uk to get info, no reply. I tried to call their sole distributor in Chennai, they don't answer their phone.
So, my spend of 60k is going to waste in about 3 years. Buy Carlsbro products only of you are willing to junk them when they stop working....repair is not an option.
It is SAD, but true.
Received the product well on time, drum specialist was very supportive in responding to all of my queries. Best kit one can buy in this price range.
Not upto mark, module not working within one year, no service center, warranty repair is 90 days..not good

I am very much disappointed about Bajao Service.. First of all I received a faulty product and it's been 3weeks still the produsct lying with me .Nobody is bothered to arrange pick up and replace it .
I received a faulty product, the hihat ctrl is not at all responding and along with the kick there is noise from ride cymbal which is really annoying. Hitting Kick and ride together - ride is missing most of the times.
