Faulty item

I got my guitar 2 weeks ago I was really happy with it in the beginning although there was a little part that was slightly chipped from the back and I thought of ignoring it but lately after tuning it everyday the part is becoming highly noticeable and started coming out a bit I think I was handovered a faulty piece make sure you all check the product perfectly after sometime it can give you a problem so not really happy with the product:(
