I have played this particular model on several occasions an here are my thoughts on it:Pros:1. It is a very light guitar. Hence it is very easy for beginners to play for a long time on this.2. It is the best 5 string Bass for someone who cannot spend more than 15-16 thousand rupees. Decent tone and very easy controls.3. The neck is made of maple and it very smooth and fast. The fret board is also very nicely finished.Cons:1. The response of the pickups for the low B string is not satisfactory and leaves a lot to be desired. The pickups do an 'okay' job.2. The balance of the guitar is not so good and there is a slight neck-dive.Overall, it has only a few minor cons. But it is the best 5-string for this price!!
Purchased this product after a lot of research. The guitar is very light to handle. Die cast tuners gives the guitar a fine tuning and stability.
This is probably the Lightest guitar Ive played. The combo of heavier maple neck and the much lighter agathis body causes some neckdive. but that ceases once you use a strap. The Walnut satin couloured variant looks great. shows that agathis bodies dont have to come in dull solid colours. the pickups are Very resonable and the tone is quite decent. Bajaao did a great job setting up the action perfectly before delivering. The downside is that bajaao didnt deliver within promised time and it took many phone calls to get the product a week later than was promised. Would be great if the Bajaao staff refrain from the their cliche "uh-huh" response to anything a customer has to say on phone. Coming back to the bass, its a no frills, no nonsese well designed bass. Its clear that one doesnt have to take seriously all the agathis hating guitar experts on the internet. good hardware.Good tone. great bass for a good price.
