Poor service

The service provided by the bajaao.com is very disappointing. I ordered the acoustic guitar pack instead only the guitar was delivered and rest all accessories were missing. Its been 10 days since the I lodged the complain but no action has been taken so far. I hope the matter will be solved soon, otherwise I don���t recommend to buy guitar from here. As far as the guitar is concerned, it is a nice guitar for beginners with good finish and sound.

Order # 261881 was delivered but items are missing. Only the guitar is delivered and not the other items mention in the pack. Items that are missing are mentioned below. Ordered Fender CD60 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Pack on 24 July 2020, only guitar is delivered and nothing else. All other items are missing - I have already paid for online classes which begins tomorrow and I do not have plectrum, tuner etc.
